Effective 19 September 2026. These terms govern your use of the JustTrippin mobile app (com.justtrippin.app), the web app at justtrippin.app, and the service behind them — together, "JustTrippin" or "the Service".
JustTrippin is operated by JustPanthering, a sole proprietorship at Plot No. 308, Mother Teresa Nagar, Tundul Math-Toli, Ranchi, Jharkhand 835303, India ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
How we handle your personal data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
1. What JustTrippin is
JustTrippin is a tool for planning trips. You create a trip, lay out days, add places and activities, note what things cost, and keep it all in one place across your phone and the web.
JustTrippin is a planning tool and nothing more. In particular:
- We are not a travel agent, tour operator, or booking service. We do not sell, arrange, reserve, or guarantee flights, accommodation, tours, transport, or anything else.
- We take no payments and handle no bookings. Where you record a booking reference or a link in your itinerary, that is a note you have written about an arrangement you made elsewhere, with someone else.
- We are not a party to any arrangement between you and an airline, hotel, or any other provider, and we have no responsibility for it.
- We do not provide travel, visa, immigration, health, safety, legal, tax, or financial advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use JustTrippin. By creating an account you confirm that you are. The Service is not designed for children and we do not knowingly provide it to anyone under 18.
3. Your account
You sign in through Google, Apple, or an email address and password. Sign-in is operated by Google Firebase Authentication; your password is held there and never reaches us.
You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure, and for what happens under it. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us promptly at support@justtrippin.app if you believe someone else has access.
One account per person. Do not create an account using someone else's identity.
4. Your content
Everything you put into JustTrippin — trip titles, notes, itinerary items, costs, booking references, and anything you type to the assistant — is your content, and it stays yours. We claim no ownership of it.
To run the Service, you give us permission to store, copy, transmit, and process your content, and to pass the relevant parts of it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy, solely so that we can show it back to you, sync it across your devices, back it up, and answer your assistant questions. That permission lasts as long as your account does and ends when you delete it. We do not use your content to advertise to you, and we do not sell it.
You are responsible for your content. Do not put anything into JustTrippin that you do not have the right to store there. Please also do not put payment card numbers, passport numbers, or similar identifiers into free-text fields — a trip note is not a safe place for them.
5. Acceptable use
Do not:
- use JustTrippin for anything unlawful, or to plan anything unlawful;
- attempt to access another person's account or data;
- probe, scan, or attack the Service, or try to get around its rate limits, usage limits, or authentication;
- use automated means to create accounts or extract data in bulk;
- resell or redistribute the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
- upload malware, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
We apply technical limits — a cap on API requests, and a daily cap on assistant questions, shown in the app — to keep the Service usable for everyone. These limits may change without notice.
6. The AI assistant
Where the assistant is available to you, it uses a large language model to answer questions about your trip.
Treat everything the assistant tells you as a suggestion to check, not a fact to rely on. Language models get things wrong, including confidently. Opening hours, prices, travel times, seasonal closures, whether a place still exists, entry requirements, and local conditions all change, and the assistant may be working from information that is outdated or simply mistaken.
Before you act on anything the assistant says — especially anything involving money, a booking, a border, your health, or your safety — verify it against the airline, the operator, the venue, or the relevant official source.
Do not use the assistant as a substitute for professional advice, and do not rely on it for visa or immigration requirements, medical or vaccination guidance, legal or tax questions, or travel safety and security decisions.
Suggestions the assistant makes are not endorsements or recommendations of any business, and no one pays us for placement. The assistant is a feature we may change, limit, or withdraw at any time.
7. Place data, images, and links
Place names, addresses, and coordinates come from a third-party search provider. Trip cover images come from Wikimedia Commons and remain subject to their own licences and attribution, which we display. Directions links hand coordinates to whatever maps app your device uses.
We do not control any of this and do not warrant that it is accurate, current, or complete. Third-party services you reach from JustTrippin are governed by their own terms, not ours.
8. Availability, and the state of the Service
JustTrippin is early software, offered free of charge, and runs on free-and-low-cost infrastructure. We give no guarantee of availability. The Service may be unavailable, slow, or interrupted, with or without notice, for maintenance, for reasons outside our control, or because a provider we depend on has an outage.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and may suspend or discontinue the Service as a whole. If we decide to shut it down, we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to get your data out, unless circumstances make that impossible.
9. Your data, and keeping your own copy
We take nightly backups and we do our best to keep your trips safe. But we do not guarantee that your content will never be lost, corrupted, or made temporarily unreachable.
If a trip matters to you, keep your own copy of the details that would be painful to lose — confirmation numbers, addresses, and times, in particular. Do not treat JustTrippin as your only record of a booking.
The mobile app keeps an offline copy of your trips on your device for reading without a connection. That copy may lag behind the server, and uninstalling the app removes it.
10. Price
JustTrippin is currently free, with no in-app purchases. If we ever introduce paid features, we will say so clearly beforehand and you will never be charged without agreeing first. Features you use free today will not silently become billable.
11. Ending your use
You may stop using JustTrippin at any time and delete your account — from You → Delete account in the mobile app, from Settings → Account in the web app, or by emailing us. Deletion is permanent and removes your trips, itinerary items, assistant history, and sign-in credentials as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms, if your use threatens the security or stability of the Service, or if we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right first.
Sections 4 (as to content already processed), 12, 13, 15, and 16 survive termination.
12. Our intellectual property
The JustTrippin and JustPanthering names, logos, and the software and design of the Service belong to us. These terms give you permission to use the Service as intended — nothing more. You may not copy, adapt, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service, except where the law says you may regardless of what a contract states.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law allows, JustTrippin is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any content in it — including place data and assistant output — is accurate, complete, or current.
14. Your trip is your responsibility
You decide where to go, what to book, and what to do. JustTrippin helps you write that plan down; it does not make it correct, safe, or achievable. We are not responsible for the outcome of a trip planned using the Service — including a missed connection, a closed venue, a refused entry, a cancelled booking, or a cost you did not expect.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for:
- indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
- loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
- travel costs, missed bookings, cancellation or rebooking charges, or the cost of a trip that did not go as planned;
- any act or omission of a third-party provider, including an airline, hotel, venue, mapping service, or AI provider.
Because JustTrippin is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to ₹1,000 (one thousand rupees), or the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable consumer law.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the paragraph below, the courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
If you use JustTrippin as a consumer, nothing here takes away your right to bring proceedings where the law entitles you to, including before the consumer forum where you reside.
Before starting any formal proceeding, please write to us — most things are faster to fix by email.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use JustTrippin after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, delete your account.
18. General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force. Our not enforcing a provision on one occasion does not waive it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours to a successor operator of the Service, on notice to you. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
